Zero stars should be an option. The never sent the belt and won’t respond to my emails asking for my money back. Total scam.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I bought the Crescent Luna bag and paid an extra $5 for gauranteed shipping + warranty if anything went wrong. They said they'd give me a shipping # but never did. A few weeks pass and I check the order and it said it was delivered but it never came. Thankfully I filed a claim with my bank and got my money back. SMH!

I wouldnt give 1 star but had to so I could write the review. This is a scam DO NOT order from this website. I ordered a belt to which it never arrived, sent emails chasing, no emails received for tracking the delivery nothing apart from an order confirmation. Again like others I usually check reviews but it all looked legit and it looked to be a really nice belt.
Avoid at all cost.

Just like numerous customers before me, I ordered several items from Venuslabel, was charged nearly $300, and then nothing.. no emails claiming my items were sent, a link to my "order" that never worked, and no items mailed to my house. I found 2 customer support emails that I sent multiple emails to, but never received a response. This site is a HUGE SCAM. Normally I check reviews first before ordering items online, not sure why I didn't this time. Probably because the site looked so legit. Big mistake.

SCAM!!!! I order a belt last June 10, took them awhile to give me tracking #. When i tracked it, it was delivered to a wrong address. No phone number. Tried to email several times, no answer. When i check their website, no longer available!!!

Placed an order for belt in June , item never arrived! emailed several times , and logged complaint through SHOP PAY. Nothing back whatsoever , absolute thieves.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scammed out of money, ordered a bag and it didn’t arrive. I went to check the website and it’s no longer up! Scumbags

This is a scam, please don't shop here! I never received my order and then saw the email and phone for the company are no longer active.

I Never received my item. I contacted them by email numerous times and they never responded to me. The phone number provided on the website does not work. Weeks after my order they finally sent me a tracking number via email that showed my item my item would be delivering soon. The delivery date came and my item was not delivered but was marked that it had been delivered according to the tracking number. I then received an email from them offering me 30% off and asking me to support them by giving them a review a trust pilot.

I never received my order I’ve sent 3 emails with no response.

THEY ARE A SCAM!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! I bought two belts on June 9th and after two weeks, never received shipping updates. The status till this day, July 21, says “preparing for shipment”. I’ve sent them multiple emails demanding an update or refund for my order and they don’t answer. There’s no phone on their site, and today I clicked on their website and it looks deleted. No way to track on Shop either. All the other reviews are accurate. Just disputed with my bank and will be reporting them everywhere because they point blank STEAL peoples money!!! Be careful!!

Total disappointment. Just like every other review here, I ordered a bag as a gift for my wife and it never arrived. Order #7248 UPS tracking said it was delivered but the photo was not my residence. Customer service has been non existent. I googled Venus first to make sure it was legit. I wish I would've found this site prior to ordering.

Echo all of the bad reviews. I wish I read these before I placed my order in June. Emailed them - no reply. I will reported this to the police. I think watchdog should get involved.

Ditto to every other bad review....no tracking number, no response to emails...no product. Ordered 6 weeks ago. Not expecting to receive anything after reading all the other reviews. How is this allowed to take place. It's full on legal robbery!

They are a scam, no product, no delivery, no emails answered, no phone number. They still your money.

I placed an order yesterday and I wish I read the reviews in advance. When I tried to track using the order number provided, I was redirected to an error page. After reading the numerous scam stories, I’m not expecting to receive the order and will dispute the charge.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! So disappointed… ordered a belt in April 2025… it’s now July, never got it. And there no way to track it through the SHOP app. Venus Label, what happened to order #5177?!?

It is a scam. DO NOT ORDER from them. I am disputing my transcation with my bank. Venus the label-has zero contact info, all emails bounce back and you will never get what you ordered.
