Disappointment
I ordered a frame for a 500 piece puzzle. When it arrived it turned out that it was too small and my puzzle didn't fit in. I wrote a complaint letter and the client manager answered that probably I did something wrong.... Probably she wrote to me with google translate because it didn't make too much sense. I don't recommend venus puzzle. The frame was too expensive for that.

We're sorry about the confusion. Our frames are custom-made to match the dimensions of the puzzles we produce. Each producer uses their own forms and hence the puzzles produced by different producers have different dimensions.
On our website, we do not guarantee that our frames will fit the puzzles from different producers.

Very high-quality puzzle, as well as the box, cardboard and shrink wrap, as if I were buying an "original, factory" puzzle in the store, only this one with its own picture, and the promised delivery date was kept before Christmas. 5*

Overall very satisfied
Extreme fast processing and delivery (in just 2-3 days), quality printing and materials. The user interface is easy to use, though has only limited settings to adjust the imported picture(s) - I had to manipulate my pictures in a third party app before importing. I would recommend for the developers to build in more advanced features in a future release. Even so I’m fully satisified.
