I purchased or thought I was purchasing a Veona product offer for £29. 95 withinn minutes I received a text from my bank saying that three different amounts from different companies had tried to extract from my account, £106 03 twice and £171 but bank had declined, rang bank and whilst talking to them another amount for £88 came thru wihich was also declined as my card was stopped, please be careful, this may not be the fault of Veona but that they themselves may have been hacked.

I ordered a complete 4 step £29.99
On my credit card i was charged £176
I am fighting to try get my money back but with them to no avail. If i return items i have to send it to SINGAPORE
Will let you know how i get on. Has anybody here managed to get refund

I decided to buy a group of creams for a friend's mother. The price was $40 but as soon as I selected the package and typed in my cc numbers, they took $188 usd from my credit card when the page never showed me a checkout window, explaining the cost of everything and without the option to cancel the buy. After that, I decided to cancel my cc due to this anomalous situation and contact them by email. They said the price was per cream and with a 18% of taxes, it made up the $188. So I had no option, I decided to wait for this "amazing" product to arrive. Well their tracking said the product came in 9 days to my country (december 2020)but the product was received in May 2021. My friend's mother used the cream and they left a rash and red stains on her skin, so I sincerely encourage everybody to stay away from this scammers. Buy in a serious and safe store.

I ordered products expecting to pay under £45. Was charged over £170!! Emailed but have received no response. Would give no stars if I could.

I ordered skin care for £29.95 but was charged £141 on my credit card. I got my credit card company to investigate but although they were helpful and guaranteed no further payments would be authorised there wasn’t much they could do. I managed to get a £72 refund but still left me out of pocket. I won’t be using any of it on my face. I wouldn’t trust it! Strictly for my feet! Steer clear of this company. Scam, scam scam! I would give NO stars if I could.

I just bought Veona online - a package listed at value AU$59.99. Not only did I find that I was then signed up to some ongoing ‘membership with Bella Vei, whatever that is, involving a monthly payment of $14.95 but the skincare products I had bought were now valued at AU$ 312.25!! I managed to cancel the Bella Vei nonsense but this is a scam deal

This is the most disgraceful company I have ever dealt with. Buy from them at your peril! I warn everyone to stay well away from dealing with them!

Daylight robbery . The website said pay only for delivery and took $170 out of my account and refused to cancel . I havent received my items but my bank has reimbursed and has filed a complaint against them. Please do not buy from them and if you do make sure to file a complaint as they shouldn't get away with this. I cant imagine how many people have been affected .

I saw the advert with Dragon’s Den endorsement. I ordered £29.95 for the introductory offer. I was so lucky that my bank sent me a text straight away to say it looked like fraud and did I want the transaction of £176.61 to be authorised. I rang the bank. The payment was stopped but they had tried also to put through £156 transaction a couple of minutes later. Thank goodness my bank acted quickly. My card is stopped. THIS A SCAM. DO NOT GO NEAR IT! The money was going to be taken by glamorglo.com
Are Dragon’s Den aware they are being used in this way? That definitely made me think it was legitimate and worth a try.
