I feel more confident when I go out wearing Vera underwear knowing any leakage will be “ caught” and I can continue the day ( till I can do an underwear change) without worrying about any discomfort... See more

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Purports to be a sole woman trader closing her business (overworked) in Australia, complete with picture of her at her sewing machine making leakproof panties for incontinent ladies at a very costly price. Website also asked for donations for "Vera". Stated to be cotton. They are not; stretchy material. Promises a satisfaction guarantee. All lies. "Vera" is no doubt an AI picture, and actually is a company Morena Moretti Ltd shipping by the thousands out of China. Contact to cancel and refund ignored.

This is a scam company who lie and say it is home made in UK in cotton. They use an inferior material that does not even work. Nothing as described at all. Not fit for purpose. Could not even get help from ebay. Total waste of money. Scammers Do not waste your money
Satisfied customer
I am very pleased with the undies - they do what they say and I have purchased 3 lots . Also the support team is excellent. I had a problem ( beware fake sites!) but the team were prompt at replying and were very supportive. Thank you
If I could rate zero I would
If I could rate zero I would. I ordered on July 17, 2025. I have not received my order, however they are telling me that I did. They are saying that it was signed for and want to give me a credit of $16 for the inconvenience. However, I paid $83.46 and have nothing. I have done everything that they have requested of me to find my package, but I do not have it. I have requested a copy of the signature since I know I did not sign for it and they cannot provide this. I order packages all the time and have never had a problem receiving anything. My advice is do not order from them.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
The original order took a long time to arrive and was far too small. I contacted the company and was immediately offered a replacement order which would be delivered to me freely and I was told to keep the original order. I was very pleased and satisfied with the company. and the product seems great, too.
NOT HAPPY
Mine arrived today I ordered 4xl from your sizing there is hardly any material at the front they go nowhere near my stomach even with the band they are shorter in front than a bikini Pictures of product shows the top band is above belly button No they are not Mine is among many other similar complaint's about this False advertising and photos. Not happy
Communication Excellent; Composition of Material?
Communication was excellent yet products took some time to arrive from the time ordered. Very well packaged on arrival with an extra gift. Thank you Vera. They are well designed., the gusset and back is superb - ensuring light discreet layers that give confidence. That is well done.
Vera is reliable, communicates well and keeps you informed all plusses. You can be sure that Vera will get your order to you even if it takes longer than expected.
Cons - Materials used. I'm a cotton fan which I find more breathable and comfortable against my skin.
The material used to make these was not cotton more like polyester? While they are soft to wear , they're hotter than cotton would be..... As they are not cotton I will not be reordering but satisfied enough to wear them.
Comfort underwear without liners
I purchased these underwear about a month ago and have found them to indeed be very comfortable to wear all day without feeling damp or uncomfortable. However during that time we had very warm weather and I found them to be very sweaty which made them a bit uncomfortable so might not be suitable for a very warm climate. I also feel they are too short in the body and slide down below my stomach. I would prefer them to be a bit higher in the waist. Other than these two issues I would recommend them and have certainly been wearing them daily and have ditched the panty liners.
The excellent help I received from Vera and the support team. The underwear are brilliant and great quality 👌
The excellent help I received from everyone

They Sell Absorbant Premium Cotton Underwear That Is Neither
This company advertises on social media. There you will find photos of happy customers waving their absorbent undies about and a backstory on "Vera" that will bring tears to your eyes. They advertise a product made with a "premium cotton" blend with a bit of stretch. What you will receive is 100% synthetic--read the label--made of polyester, nylon, spandex, etc. Not a shred of cotton. You will then contact them via email and they will ignore you. You will open a dispute on PayPal and go through the requisite efforts to communicate with them and they will ignore your issue and reply with bots. After a couple of those exchanges--carefully timed to arrive at the absolute last minute as required by the payment system, you will elevate your dispute to a claim. You will upload photos of the underwear (which I am pretty sure, having examined it, is not absorbent, either), their website claims of cotton blend fabric (which have not changed), and the label indicating that the actual product is 100% synthetic material.
They will wait until the very last minute to respond, always with canned replies authored by AI/bots. The first response will chastise you for misreading their advertising content which states cotton blend. Hello? That is the problem!! There is no cotton! The next time they communicate, always timed to arrive at the last possible minute, the bot will recite their (lack of a) return policy and offer you the chance to mail the garments back IF YOU DID NOT OPEN THEM or remove the labels for a refund or to exchange them for another set, which will be the same as the fraudulently described items. You can't examine the items without opening the cellophane wrapper they arrive in and there are NO labels to remove, but how do you prove that? (However, as stated below, this is moot when the product is not what is advertised.) PayPal will keep pushing the resolution date out because the vendor, like clockwork, will send some specious response on the date PayPal promises to resolve your dispute. You ask yourself--what don't they understand?
In this country, consumer protection laws do not require the return of products that are not as described, that are fraudulently advertised. This is not merely a bad product, which is subjective to a degree, it is NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED, period end of story. You have provided incontrovertible proof to the vendor and to PayPal. You wonder who is the customer? You, or this fictitious storefront that is part of Morena Moretti LLC?
By this time you are fed up. You have also come to realize that any positive reviews are almost guaranteed to be posted by the storefront personnel, which operates under different variations of this name: Vera's Undies, Vera-Underwear (all the same company).
You wonder why a company like PayPal, which has doubtless received an overwhelming number of complaints, continues to do business with them? After this experience I won't use PayPal any longer. It was a mere convenience.
However, in my case, I only link to a credit card, not a bank, and so I contacted my card company. Even the CSR was sympathetic and found the whole experience outrageous. I uploaded my supporting images, explained what had happened, and had a credit within a day or two. My advice is to contact not only the payment processor, but your bank and card company if you do not get a timely resolution. My effort to secure a refund through the vendor and then PayPal spanned 2 months and was never resolved because I finally escalated to my card company. I felt the vendor, Morena Moretti LLC aka Vera underwear, was deliberately dragging out the process so I would pass the 120 day window for lodging a billing complaint with my card company. Submit a complaint as I will do this week to whichever consumer protection agencies govern these kinds of issues. Leave reviews like this everywhere you can. Lodge a complaint with your payment processing company. These companies are increasingly deaf to consumer fraud and they need to up their game. Hold them accountable.
These kinds of online consumer goods companies abound right now. They have become very sophisticated. The AI generated images of their fictional founders and designers, are very believable. The content and reviews are very well written. They frequently advertise 50-75% discounts and/or going out of business sales. No thriving company puts its entire inventory on sale for 50-75% off and companies that are closing their doors don't offer returns and refunds, just a discount--nor are they suspiciously in business 6 months to a year later. The ad I responded to was in May 2025. They are still advertising and from the reviews I have read, have been going out of business from their inception. Like the product they sell, it is all a scam.
They fit me reasonably well and for…
They fit me reasonably well and for small leaks are fine they are expensive but work for me
Didn't work for me
The pants I received do not soak away moisture, leaving me damp and cold. I don't have a serious problem but these certainly don't work for me. A waste of money, they are going in the bin.
Fits perfectly
This underwear fits perfectly, is comfortable and easy to wear. It performs very well for my need and would for a greater need - but cannot speak for those with a very large need. Perhaps they should choose a bigger alternative if these are insufficient. I am very happy with my purchase.
I am really happy with my purchase and…
I am really happy with my purchase and have ordered more. I highly reccommend.
Underwear
I'm gave a 4 because, I'm sad they not going to continue with the product and they do seam to be working for me as others have not done the job 😞
