The slippers were actually OK, but I really object to a Chinese dropshipping company pretending they are a little Welsh family business. The "our story" section of their website is absolutely laughable. This should be illegal. Just be honest about who you are and what you are selling!

Very disappointed with purchase one slipper fits perfect but the other one is rather loose on my foot and the inner sole doesn’t feel flat to the bottom of my foot. I would have returned them but I have worn them for about 4 days

Poor quality...sole of right foot has a twist around and caused you to walk off the rear corner. great if you want a short term ( 2 months) slippers...otherwise don't purchase! No warranty of customer satisfaction period!

Needed an exchange on a pair of slippers, but they keep giving me some sort of excuse and saying keep the slippers and we will give you a 20% refund and a 10% coupon. Exchange or refund is not going to happen with these people, just don’t bother

I've tried three times to purchase slippers from this company and each time I've been told the item is out of stock. This is AFTER paying for them and days passing. I've now given up and will go elsewhere. Useless.

Ordered a pair of slippers over two weeks ago. I’ve been in contact with the company but they only email during the night so you have to wait for a reply. Was given a RM tracking that does not exist. They have told me the items are in transit but that was over 14 days ago and don’t even bother try the number on their site as it does not ring. Just avoid this company as 5-7 day delivery is a lie and will not refund.

Having made my usual mistake of ordering an item then reading the reviews i was then worried if i would ever see my item, but, slippers arrived within 36 hours even though it was stated 5-10 working days, so i was surprised, good comfy slippers too, i got stressed for nothing.

I ordered direct from Vera Cosy webpages. The parcel was lost by the courier. Despite taking payment Vera Cosy made no effort to deliver the goods. I asked for a refund 3 times and each time they fobbed me off with an inappropriate response. It might be difficult to claim the money back through the courts because they only have a UK warehouse address, head office being in China. I would not recommend purchasing any goods from Vera Cosy as they do not comply with UK Distance Selling Legislation.

Just received my pair of slippers and, as I had already read that they come up small (I'm a size 6) I ordered a size 7. Good job I did, as they just fit. I could really have a size 8 for ideal size. Good slippers but order a couple of sizes larger than you need.

So very comfortable.
I have been searching for a pair of cushioned, comfy slippers to replace my worn out & much loved Nike sliders which are sadly no longer made. These are the closest replacement in terms of comfort. I initially had problems ordering via their website but received excellent & prompt customer service in order to complete my purchase. I expect to buy another couple of pairs to keep in stock before they stop making these too!
