Not a Good Experience
I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on May 5,2020. Today is August 5th and 3 pair just show as arriving in Vancouver. The fourth pair was just shipped on July 29th....almost 3 months after having ordered them. I was offered 10% off of my next order. I'm thinking there won't be a next order. UPDATE We received our order. The shoes are very poor quality, not wide as advertised and 1 pair was not even the pair I ordered but this ugly boot type pair. They offered a 30% discount on them. My reply was No they're ugly, I don't want them, it's not what I ordered. Stay away from this company.

I recently ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this vendor as it was buy 3 for 2 deal. firstly only 2 have been delivered. The 2 pairs that have been delivered don't fit even tough advertised as wide fitting there are not made for wide feet. I have repeatedly emailed requesting a return label. all I get back is that I have to pay for postage which I'm fully a wear of and have said as much but still no label and no 3rd pair of shoes. Its been 2 months now since I placed my order. this is the most appalling customer service i have receive for a long time and I will certainly never use them again. lets hope they read my review and reply to me as requested. Very disappointed
