Absolutely in love with Vera May! Their handbags are gorgeous — super stylish and well made, whether you go for genuine or vegan leather. The quality is really impressive for the price. Ordering was a breeze, and delivery was quick. I chose a red vegan leather crossbody and the guitar-strap option is such a cool touch. Customer service was lovely, and I feel like they really care about their brand. Highly recommend Vera May if you want fashionable and sustainable bags with real personality!

I received my bag purchase, it came in plastic packaging, as a result my bag was dented. Further investigation I found lumpy sewing around the handles and torn fabric or incomplete sewing around the edges of the insert. Contacted team with my concerns-they told me to sent it to the warehouse and they will refund-no ID number of receipt supplied and after I asked for one to secure my refund I got no reply. I’m still waiting for confirmation and am left with a $149.95 hand bag I cannot use. Very disappointing as I wanted this bag for so long. Ordered 12/09/24

After I originally posted my review I was contacted by staff and refunded the whole amount with instructions not to sent bag back to warehouse as they could see it was faulty and damaged. A good outcome, but a shame they took so long to rectify the problem. 25-10-24

I love my vera may bags. Always just right for whatever occasion i get them for. Just a quick one though i was a little disappointed with the packaging this time. I tried on in a store S/M which was too small so ordered your largest size online. Unfortunately there is no difference between the two sizes. Very disappointing.

Wish they could have emailed me courier details for tracking. Didn't hear anything until I received my parcel. But was delivered within stipulated time.
