Excellent product, great value for money relative to the premium brands! Delivered on time and great comms throughout.

I purchased a Hanstrom Verana 3-in-1 Swan Touch Instant Boiling Water Tap with Boiler & Filter in brushed gold back in early 2023 in preparation for a complete kitchen refit. The refit was finally completed with the tap and boiler being installed some three months later. Some 12+ months later it developed a slight leak, although technically outside the warranty period, the extremely helpful customer services who actually answer the phone and respond quickly replaced the part that was leaking with no fuss. Whilst I can’t give the product a 5 star rating as it leaked it the 5+ star rating from the customer services more than compensates. So, I have no issues with giving the overall product experience 5 stars.

I bought 3 in one tap, was happy with it so far. The service team is very helpful and answers your requests very quickly. I had a good service from Ahmed and Zara.
He sent me a link to try to restart my boiler, unfortunately it didn’t work. They helped me in ordering a new one.

I purchased a tap last Christmas and due to unforeseen delays in getting my new kitchen installed, I then wanted to exchange it for a different finish almost 9 months later. Even though I was well outside the usual refund/purchase period, Amaan was very helpful and arranged for it to be swapped all the same. I really appreciate the help and flexibility.

Good price for hot water tap - we've been very pleased with it and great to do away with our kettle. The only improvement I could think of is it would be even better if you could control the flow on the mixer part of the hot/cold water tap. So you can have a small flow of water for cold, but as you continue to turn you go into hot, but you can't adjust to flow, so the spray part of the tap is a bit too forceful if you have it on warm/hot, and would be good if the spray part was a little more flexible, or could pull out more. Tap looks great and great for a quick cuppa or to use to fill up pan for pasta/veg etc.

Customer service experience been very good so far, would certainly recommend our hot water tap.

A big thank you to the customer service team for guiding me through the maintenance that is required. Since I live in a hard water area I have been changing the filters every 3/4 months as advised.
Totally worth it!!

Zara was a great help to me by e-mail, and assisted me with some troubleshooting. The Hanstrom unit is a good piece of kit and would recommend both them and Verana to anyone. Just make sure you buy your filters through Verana too! Thanks to Zara and all the team :)

We have been enjoying our 4-in-1 Hanstrom Boiler tap for a year, and we can't imagine returning to the kettle! The customer service is really good, they sorted an issue with the tap swiftly and even took the time to help me out when I missed a step in the installation process.

Love the tap. Instant tea literally on tap. Bought it in May 2023 and have used it every day since. Don't know how we coped without it! Top class customer service too when experienced a slight issue with it.

Great Product used for 2 years now. When I experienced an issue with the tap (my fault), the aftercare was superb with a replacement part sent out next day!

We have enjoyed our boiling water tap for around a year now and couldn’t be without it! We unfortunately had an issue with the boiler and upon contacting the customer service team, Ahmed provided superb customer service - swiftly contacting us to talk through and help resolve the issue for us. Ordered a 3-in-1 boiling water tap as the look as style of the tap was great compared to others out there. Have enjoyed boiling water for the last few months and when my boiler did have a fault the company were very efficient in arranging a replacement within their 12-month warranty period.
I am now looking forward to receiving my new boiler and enjoying using the tap once more!
