Good Business Policy: Flexibility & Understanding
I was out of the country for 3 months with a 13 hour time difference between Asia and Mexico. Arranging sessions was too difficult; as much as I love my teacher and sessions, 10PM didn't work for me. I had pre-paid sessions expiring and requested an extension of time. Verbling graciously and willingly reinstated the expired sessions when I returned to the USA.

New Years Day response a bit slow
The instructor took care of it herself fairly quickly. You guys were, understandably, on your holiday shutdown or some such.
I'll have to see if I get tangled up again the next time I try to schedule a session.
