Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service . They claim to take your call within 2 minutes, but i was waiting for 45 minutes with no success. Very misleading

Normally, the estimated wait time provided is accurate, but in certain situations, a sudden increase in calls can prevent us from answering as quickly as stated.
When you call us, you always have the option to ask for a callback.

They very bad company they cheat on the invoice when you end your contract and should go out of flat they f…k every thing to make the invoice in the end 0.00 kr and whatever the prises is shown as 80 øre per kwh they make you pay 4.70 kr for each kwh when i callee they end the line in my face when they found out they cannot trick me on the online chat the same very bad choice never use them ever and i recommend ok the best

I'm writing here because I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through. I am very disappointed in them. Read the terms and conditions. Call and ask for more detailed information about the subscription. Don't trust what they say, ask for an email confirming what they said.

Super helpful phone service
I have called Verdo twice. They have been extremely helpful both times. They solved my problems in no time and they never made me feel stupid or that I was wasting their time (they also did not waste my time). I could not recommend them higher. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the first person that I talked to, but today I got help from Morten.
