Verefa is a wonderful company to work with you. I was having a problem with my vacuum. I called customer service and they immediately went to work to solve my issue. My problem was fixed in a matter of days! I would recommend this company for their good vacuums and their wonderful customer support.
Good Luck with getting a response. If you do they take forever and don't even ask for a credit, you will jump through hoops for it.
