Has not got a clue

Avoid this company. No reference to any standards. What standards?? There is none!! Acredited ISO 9000? Of course not. Agent shows up at the house, has a superficial look around, takes some pictures, compiles these into a report disclaiming any responsibilities, no checklist, no proper examination, and says its is excellent. Takes your money. On what basis, highly subjective???

We were disappointed to receive this feedback, particularly because when we reached out to request more information about the visit in question so we could investigate, you declined to provide it. Without those details, we are unable to look into your specific claims regarding the quality of the report.

We also need to correct a factual error in your review: VeriSmart is not ISO certified, nor have we ever claimed to be. It appears there has been a misunderstanding regarding our accreditation. We stand by the training and standards our clerks follow, but we can only address specific issues if given the opportunity to identify the job in question.

Rude agent visiting properties on our street who blocks residents driveways so they can get on with their business and day whilst preventing local residents do the same. No apologies just a hurried exit when challenged. Rude and entitled.
Yes, and update to your question on when this happened.
Took place on Saturday 10th at 11.30. In West Bridgford, Nottingham. I don't have a photo of the car reg, but do have the business card placed on Dashboard.

Dreadful company

Don’t read the nonsense they write underneath!!!!!
I signed a contract with these people as a sub-contractor paid them £210 for training (£140 subsidised) then paid £18 for a DBS they wanted from me.
Paid for public liability insurance and personal indemnity insurance for £5 million and £250000 which they said were their figures.
When I sent insurance documents they said it didn’t show that I would be insured to take floor plans!! Take 360 photos!! Carry out check in and check out inventories!
This is insurance for primary role domestic energy assessor and testing and secondary role as inventory clerk, these cover all the work that would be expected to be involved.
So they wanted my to pay to their insurance at £276 per year as well as keeping my own insurance that I have already paid for as I do work for myself.
They want £120 to use google!!
If you get offered work from these people steer well clear of them!

You have made it perfectly clear that you disagree with them, however the fact remains we must abide by their requirements.

Joke of a checkout inventory

I experienced extremely poor service with VeriSmart regarding a checkout report that was riddled with inaccuracies impacting my deposit. Efforts to resolve the issue through their official complaints process were met with unprofessional responses and inadequate excuses from the assigned staff member, Mr. Darren Holdsworth. Despite multiple follow-ups and formal complaints, I have received no acknowledgment or resolution for over a month. This neglect and lack of accountability from VeriSmart highlight a serious deficiency in customer service and professional standards. I caution potential customers to consider this lack of professionalism and communication before engaging with their services.

Seamless experience. Impressive

Seamless experience. Really easy to use system and a super professional check out report structure that has obviously been well thought though. Areas of the property concisely seperated and issues summarised neatly to save me time. Photography clear and very well documented. I was able to digest and understand everything within minutes to make a decision as to what i was making deposit deductions for through justified evidence. I would recommend this company to every landlord. Try them once. Their product and service will genuinely pay for itself.

Excellent Service

I'm a private landlord and I've used VeriSmart for inventories on a number of occasions.

Communication when arranging the inspections is great, and the service from the South Liverpool, Warrington & Wirral team is excellent. Most of my communication for arranging inspections has been with Steven Bray and my most recent inventory was carried out by Matthew, both of whom were friendly, helpful and professional.

I'm impressed with the thoroughness of the inspections, in picking up on small details, and the reports are nicely formatted with high quality images. I recently requested some minor alterations to a report and these were carried out efficiently.

The check-in and check-out reports proved to be beneficial where a previous tenant had caused some damage to a property, and enabled me to claim the cost of the repairs from the tenant. I feel that inventories have more weight when carried out by an impartial company when compared to doing them myself, and would certainly recommend VeriSmart.

Andrew Holmes is an absolute delight. Great communication, indepth reports and he just goes above and beyond to accommodate us as a business, sometime very last minute. I would highly recommend his services. I used him in my previous employment and was sure to get him on board here.

Testimonial for Dan – Verismart

I have a few buy to let properties with which I manage through “Open Rent” Initially I completed the 6 monthly inspections myself. More recently I’ve used Dan at Verismart. He certainly carries out a much more detailed inspection than I used to do which is useful just in case things start to deteriorate at the property. He produces a comprehensive 18 page report with over 30 photos. ON this occasion he noticed a slow leak degrading the toilet furniture so within a day of his advice we had a plumber around who fixed the leak.

Waste of time!

Verismart Greenwich are a complete waste of time. They couldn´t even give an estimated time of arrival or answer basic questions about a booked in inventory. Used another one in the end.
