Terrible company a scam at its best. Do NOT buy anything
Wouldn’t accept shoes that I wanted to return. Didn’t fit. Too small. Finally got my money back through Paypal. I can’t believe they continue to retail

I would give them zero stars if I could - regret not reading previous warnings - complete scam. The website promotes itself as UK with typical returns policy however highly inferior plastic shoes are actually shipped from China and there is no returns or refund whatsoever. The quality of the shoes is pathetically bad and totally unsuitable for normal wear let alone if you're seeking to correct and support a foot problem. Buyer beware! I have made several reports through Facebook for false and misleading advertising.

I consider myself internet savvy, however I have fallen into the trap believing that Veriva shoes were helpful for people with plantar fasciitis. The shoes arrived, not branded, could be any old shoe. Certainly not supportive for any kind of foot problem. To add insult to injury, the very same item I purchased at the full price (£34) is on sale on EBay for £9.00 . Buyers beware!

ordered with confidence as 30 day return and full refund. Shoes did arrive but no arch support and very basic so uncomfortable when simply trying on. Returned via yodel as instructed within 5 days.

As with others , this is a RIP OFF company. Yes you get your cheap bright shoes but woe betide if they don’t fit. The first 2 pairs were ok but this ”!is rubbish! It’s too small( yes I followed measuring) , I got one message that said they wouldn’t return due to it being unhygienic, I’ve only tried on once. I’ve noticed they remove negative comments from their FB page. They don’t follow their advertising guarantee ! Shopify are meant to be supporting them too ! I tried to inform Shopify but it got too complicated. But will try again. Something must be done !

Dreadful company! Do not buy from them. I bought a pair of what were advertised as orthopaedic shoes, when they arrived in no way were they orthopaedic. Also the size came up very small and I couldn't get my feet in them. Tried to return them but got the reply they could not be returned for "hygiene" reasons!! Also tried to get refund via PayPal, no luck there either. Avoid this company at all cost.

My story is exactly as others describe. Today they have sent me an appraisal form to fill in on line!
What fun I had telling then how awful the whole experience had been. If only I had read Trustpilot before I sent for their rubbish shoes.

Really cheap, shoddy shoes that don't fit. Worst quality I've ever seen for £35 shoes. Seems no chance of returning -- EVRI doesn't recognize the retailer.

The worst experience ever. I have looked into the size guide and ordered a pair accordingly. I was confident that I will still have no problems if they were not quite suitable, as the ad says that they are returnable. However, the size I received was really shocking, they were so small and have nothing to do with the UK sizes. I tried to get them returned online, but this option was made impossible by the company.
I sent them email enquiring about that and explaining that the shoes were too small to be try. The response I got was that "for reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns"
They do not admit their mistakes and deceive people with their fake information on their products.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

I suppose that I should have stopped my wife from ordering from this company when the £39 half price introductory offer was advertised. After ordering you are then redirected to a further offer for the same shoes at half that price! I am sure that the shoes will fit someone but only with ver narrow feet. As described by others a request for a return address was met by a “we don’t accept returns “

inlaw bought shoes that were not as described, ofcourse they are now finding that the company are fighting tooth and nail to refuse a refund even though the web address is U.K. based.

The advert says 30 day money back guarantee. Shoes turned up. Far too small despite me ordering half a size bigger as recommended.
When I emailed seeking a refund was told they don’t accept returns for hygiene reasons! I challenged this but have been ignored.

My wife bought a pair of these shoes as they advertise “wide-fit” - for her size the wide fit was meant to be be 9.5cm in reality they were 8cm. However, we thought due to their 30 day money back guarantee their would be no problem returning them - INCORRECT.
Veriva replied, “ For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges”.

Dreadful! Shoes ridiculous cheap unwearable. No orthopedic support. Despite website claims, they won't accept returns or refund.

Now say I could get a refund if I order again and will be entered into a prize draw for a refund!!!!

this is beyond upsetting, it's a lot of money for a pensioner to lose.

I wish you could award negative stars! I’m so cross with myself for being taken in by such a scamming company. Very clever website looks slick and glossy with good customer feedback which I now assume is made up. My two pairs of shoes (both in the same small box) didn’t even come out of the box - one look told me they were no way orthopaedic shoes and had none of the required shaping or arch support. Very poor quality; could probably buy similar in a supermarket for a quarter of the price. Same story as everybody else - can’t return for hygiene reasons and then no more communication. I’m now following up with PayPal since £79-98 is a lot to loose.

I have a similar tale to tell. I realised too late that they weren't a uk company, and the product is not the orthopaedic shoe that their advertising on Facebook and their website. Now that I have received the shoes that are way too small and are not fit for purpose they are refusing to refund me on hygiene grounds as everyone else has found. Their website should not be stating a 30 day money back guarantee and luring you into thinking they are a trustworthy company with phrases like "if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us..." Because they are not operating from the uk it seems they are not bound by uk consumer law. Very frustrating, that they are allowed too get away with these practices.

Shoes too small despite me ordering two pairs in my normal size. I have asked to exchange these for a size bigger but the company has refused for “hygiene reasons”. I can’t wear the shoes as they do not fit. This response is in complete contradiction of everything advertised on the website which is clearly misleading and fraudulent.

The shoes were too small, they have refused to accept a return. Not impressed. They should put this information much more prominently on their sales information and in the checkout area. I won't be buying again from them or recommending them. Looking at the shoe I'm not sure that they are as supportive to feet as they would have me believe in the advertisements.

Shoes didn't fit and they refused (so far) to allow me to return them, SHOCKING.
To my first request asking how I can return them, they replied "For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges", and since then (as I replied to claim that I'm entitled to a refund under my consumer rights etc) they have ignored all my emails.
They have not heard the last from me.
Their refund policy I see states: "Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it". I emailed them to request a return on the day I received the shoes.
