They, like others, overpromise and underdeliver. Units do not reliably track mileage and cannot be used as trigger for service. And when you decided to end the service, they will not provide a buyout price within the 48hrs, much less the 96+ hours I am currently waiting. This is the exact same crappy service as they provide on the Verizon Wireless side of the company. Terrible. T-Mobile or other competitors deserve your business, not this unethical company.

We have been Verizon and Verizon Connect customers for a long time. Our contract was put on an auto renewal (which I suggest NEVER doing) and renewed in April 2024. We found out in July 2024 that the franchise we were affiliated with was filing for bankruptcy and therefore putting us out of business. I understand about contracts; however, this company is very unsympathetic and would not let us out of our contract without charging us a hefty fee! I pray that this company never experiences this type of situation, but if they do, I hope you are treated the same exact way! We have lost everything at no fault of our own! Having to rebuild our lives over! So, thank you Verizon Connect, you will never see our business, nor that of anyone we know ever again!

We as a company have had this service for 5 years, even before it belonged to Verizon. Each time the contract comes up things go wrong. This time I've been missing 2 vehicles on my account since last July 2024. No matter how many times I call I can't get them to get those vehicles on my account, but they are certainly able to bill for them. Then there is never anyone "higher up" that you can speak to. They refer to your account representative who never calls either. So fed up with this service, but when it does work it works the way I need it to.

I just can't begin to tell you how bad this bunch is the wired trackers work very good. Once you get all the bugs worked out once you're canceled two or three times due to non-payment because your contract ran out. Just like everybody else said getting someone on the phone is the most horrible experience it's ever been. They create case after case after case and nothing is ever accomplished other than will the tracker must be bad we'll send you a new one. But the new one Never Comes. Every person that works at Verizon never works there for longer than a day. If you do happen to get a name and talk to somebody that says they're gone help you evidently they quit over night because you never hear from them again and because nobody else has ever heard of them. Your sales representative goes ghost on you and has amnesia. But as I said the wired assets are good and they track really well as long as you don't have problems. Without looking at reviews I automatically signed up for non- powered asset units which would be installed on trailers. These have got to be the most horrible units that have ever been sold. None of them track none of them update they want you to constantly mash the button on it and hold it for 3 to 5 Seconds then they create a case then that's the end of it. As I said the worst of the worst as far as the non-powered units and as far as customer service.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Charged us for parts they sent us that were wrong. Over charged our monthly contract. We have countless hours on hold and opened dozens of cases with no resolve. Finally we got a resolution and they screwed that up. Told us to cancel the balance of our contract and after we signed the cancelation notice they hit us with more fees. We can not stop the harrasing collection phone calls when we don't owe them money they owe us. This company uses predictor techniques.

SO saddened by our experience we have been with this company for years when our buisness was huge , now we are winding down , less vehicles , one of the trackers has not worked for years , which they can see on there system , then we had two vans sadly wrote off , we believed we were out of contract and put a stop on the trackers but no they continue to take full payment , now awaiting a managers call , we did not reknew our trackers but they state we did , we would certainly not re knew at the price they are charging i have now taken advice and i am going to move forward now with action so sad that this company has let it slide so badle , sadly would not recommend many cheaper options available
since the date of the reply ( below ) i have tried to contact Verizon numerous times , i just keep getting the " we will connect you to the next representative message " then the line goes dead ! i believe the two trackers not working , should have a backdated refund , i have emailed once again also

The worst customer service I have experienced, do not let this company auto debit your account, never to see the money again. They will completely ignore you when you have a problem. Look for other options before committing to these guys. :(

I have 36 asset trackers in new Bobcat machines
I was incorrectly charged $4800 for professional installs on June 3, 24
We didn’t ask for and never received any of those services. We in our office have called 35 times and spent over 40 hours trying to get this taken care of and credited. We’ve had our GPS asset trackers turned off due to not paying the over charges.
We have always paid our reoccurring charges but still got deactivated even though we had dozens of complaint cases open wanting help.
I have escalated this to the top case managers and wrote dozens of emails with no results

Our phones are Verizon wireless and that company is decent. Verizon connect is absolutely bar none the worst in any Industry
They just done care and I’m not sure they ever will. The assets trackers seem to work ok as does the software. If you have any issues at all do not expect any resolution
They will promise you call backs or emails dozens of times which will never happen.
If I could do it over I would have gladly paid more for another reputable company with US based customer service with an actual physical location to go to for help

This whole program is a scam. To start off my company is stuck in a contract with them and have to pay $13,000 to get out of it. Since we have to contunue to pay for their services we requested all the proper dash cams and trackers for our trucks. After shipping us the wrong equipment not 1, not 2, but FOUR times we still have yet to have all our trucks running properly. They have sent technicans out on days that were not scheduled, can't even confirm what the tehcnicians feedback is, and do not keep track of the type of equpiment they've sent. I have been going back and forth with them to get 9 cameras and trackers installed for OVER THREE months now. Majority of the representatives I've spoke with barley can speak or understand English. I find it quite ridicilous that the Verizon Connect can send us thousands of dollars in incorrect equipment, tell us WE DONT HAVE TO SEND THE WRONG EQUIPTMENT BACK, but refuse to let us out of the contact. That just doesn't make sense. I am completely fed up with the unprofessionalism of this company and advice anyone who's looking to use them to stray far away.

We’ve had trackers that haven’t been working for months. We have raised multiple support tickets and nothing has been resolved. We’ve stopped paying their bills and would rather go to court than hand over a penny to a company that can’t deliver on their contract.

Latest response to invoice chasing is to threaten with police action due to constant harassment. Do not touch this gang of utter bullies and criminals with a barge pole.
