Yahoo ads is a joke, and -unfortunately- based on my experience, they will NEVER be able to compete with Google & FB ads, their process is light years away.
First, the process of creating the ad account and adding another admin user was way overcomplicated, new users of our team were not getting added at all.
Second, I created an ad account and because I was busy, I wasn't able to run a single ad their system.
30 days later, I go back to the account, trying to finally set up ads, and I my user restricted, no explanation
I had to email support multiple times to get a responde => one month later, saying:
"I regret to inform that this account has been closed based upon review of the account in question.
We will not be able to go into specific detail. It is possible that certain activities on your account, or information provided on the account, triggered a review and as a result this account has been closed. It will not be able to post additional ads, and the payment method used will not be able to be used on our network going forward,"
Go figure.
