The company does not offer any type of package tracking
The company does not offer any type of package tracking, so I don't know where my package is. I should have received my order on Tuesday 28th May. When I sent an email asking, they replied that they couldn't find my package in stock! Absurd. They said it would arrive on May 30th. However, I haven't received it yet, and once again there's no way of knowing where it is. The company needs a lot of improvement to remain competitive in the online market.

The product I ordered took 2.5 months to be delivered to me. However, verktygsproffsen's customer care was pretty good and replied promptly whenever I got in touch with them for am updated delivery date. So, 2 stars for timeliness and 5 starts for everything else.
