I ordered a tool almost two months ago and have not received the tool. The shipping label was created weeks ago and still has not shipped. I have sent a message with no reply and the contact us email doesn't exist.

Initial communication was good, due to item ordered being out of stock. Incorrect item was eventually ordered for pick up at local store but was only for a single item (in red) instead of the 3-pack of the item in green.

They were very informative and responsive in answering my questions. They let me know when my order had shipped and followed up with tracking info.

The initial order was incomplete, with only 25% shipped.

We eventually got to 100%.

Order a product and it was taking a while to ship, asked a question through the chat feature later in the evening. Got a call from the owner the next day explaining the situation. He then called me with updates until the product shipped. Excellent customer service.

Alex proactively discovered a problem with the shipping, and stayed on it until solved. He sent me regular status updates --- very much appreciated! A most satisfactory experience.

There is an issue when I made my order and had it canceled. I got a direct phone call from them to fix the situation it was very easy and got it settled within a 10 minutes phone call had multiple text through them to show that the product is on his way from east coast to Hawaii very friendly very knowledgeable would buy from them again.

What's not to love. Small company that beats the price of anywhere around if it is an item they stock. Amazing communication from the team and pretty quick shipping. Product arrived safely and does what it should. Saved me many dollars.
