Do not use this company. I began writing the issues I recently encountered with Verokria, a long and unresolved tale but, probably the best thing I can do is just say "Completely Avoid". You've been warned.

Just dont use this company they are worse than crap got a cordless strimmer with batteries with no markings on. And a strimmer head which doesnt fit the strimmer. Tried complaining and they just use AI to send silly stupid replys stay away from this company they are useless.

Items ordered were incompatible. Several email exchanges were sent. The company just kept sending instillation videos. Refused refund.

This company is a disgusting.
Ordered a item and only part of it showed up as they give you impression that you are really getting a lot more what you ordered .
When I received the item I realised that I have been ripped off as the item was 7 times more expensive than Ebay.
There pathetic guarantee was about as much use as used toilet roll.
I had to contact my bank to get the money back as they are scam artists.
Please read this review and do not buy of this company that go under a different name when you read your bank balance.
Extremely dodgy.

Although the weed puller does the work as promised, the wooden handle is totally unstable; each section won’t connect properly . Thus making the tool impossible for elderly gardeners.
Very disappointing.

Customer service is appalling. we cannot return our overpriced items as they lie that they sent us an email with our password.DON'T EVER PLACE AN ORDER ON THIS SHAMEFUL WEBSITE!!!!!

The item arrived was smaller than expected. After getting back to customer services I spent nearly a week going back and forward asking for a refund. When I did finally get an address to send the items back, I only had one week to send it back which, I was not able to do as I was away. I asked to send the items back two days later, I was ignored by customer services. The items are unopen, in the original packaging. Avoid this company.

I ordered a garden rake. The order was accepted and on April 22 informed it had been shipped. The tracking number contained no information about delivery company simply saying "in transit". On May 15 it had not arrived and the tracking number stated that it could not find the order. I received another email from Verokria on May 13 saying the order had been accepted but no further information. I then received another email asking me to rate the product.
