The site was easy to use, though lagged a little. I had searched high and low for a tap that 'spoke to me' for my kitchen design and found this site online. After verifying against reviews I decided to purchase this and more after looking!
Overall I ordered a waste drain for a sink, a sink itself which was also on the list but not from here originally, and a tap. Another item was out of stock but I purchased elsewhere to ensure I had matching products.
The items came well packaged and super fast. They were with us within 2 working days.
I've not yet installed the sink and tap as was expecting a longer delivery, BUT I can't stop showing them off. The tap fits my vision perfectly and the sink is loads better than the other one I was going to buy.
A VERY happy customer here who will be returning when it's bathroom time! Already recommended too :)

Broken tap.
I order a boiling tap. It arrived broken, they sent a replacement. You never really know how good a brand is until something goes wrong amber how the brand deals with the issue.
Verossi passed the test.

I’ve had problems with my boiling tap…
I’ve had problems with my boiling tap and keep asking for a technician to come out but haven’t been successful. I’ve had two new boilers sent for the tap but still have a tcp taste with my cup of tea. Maybe a complete new tap set with pipes could be the answer. I love my taps and so long for a fab tasting cuppa!
