Got my bathing suit so many months later.. it does match it’s description BUT they never responded to my emails or questions. I ordered their swimsuit three weeks in advance of the event I wanted it for and it came so much later that I even forgot about it after a while. Ridiculous.
I believe it comes from China, that’s why it takes so long to ship. Also the notes/receipts were in chinese. I have nothing against chinese companies but i just wish i knew it was gonna take so long.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Ordered my bathing suit 2 months ago & have yet to hear anything back about my tracking order. I emailed and left multiple messages and never received any responses. Such a scam!!

This company is a scam. Like many other, customer service does not respond when trying to get an exchange or refund. Don’t bother. Sizing scale is ridiculous so nothing fit.

Horrible Website!
Like others, I ordered a bikini and it was too small. I attempted to organise a refund to no avail. They didn't respond to any emails and there is nowhere with instructions on how to do so. This website is not reliable. Do not order from Vero Swim!!

This website is a complete joke.
This website is a complete joke. Purchased 2 bikinis and 2 months later, no tracking number or no one from there responded to any of my emails. Luckily, my bank ended up reimbursing me for the purchase. If anyone is reading this, please trust the 1 star reviews and go somewhere else to buy your bikinis. Zaful is an affordable option and my order was smooth sailing.

Scam company
Ugly, cheap bathing suits. Return policy says return within 14 days but doesn’t give instructions where to return to or how to get refund. No receipt or anything indication of how to return came with suits or on website. Have emailed twice, completed contact form and called twice. Do NOT order ANYTHING from here.

Stole my money, did not give me the product
I ordered a swim suit at the beginning of December. It is now March 21st and I still haven't received it. Their website boasts easy returns and customer service.. I have sent approximately 15 emails and left multiple messages, reached out on social media and received zero response. I am shocked this "company" is allowed to exist. Absolutely disgusted, don't ever order anything from them. Crooks.
