Reliable Company with Outstanding Support
The merchandise arrived on time and in perfect condition. Everything was exactly as described. I was especially impressed by the excellent customer service and the quick response to all my requests. The team was professional, attentive, and very efficient. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this company.

No samples delivered... although there was an agreement for them :(
It's been a few times I ordered with VerpakkingShop.nl and it's been always very good.
However this time I specifically called to order a few samples of a small item, which the owner agree, but it wasn't delivered. I've sent an email to ask again (even at a price if needed) but still no reply.
I understand that everyone is busy, but I consider always important to keep up with the agreements, no matter how small the customer is or how insignificant the agreement may seem.

Some of the boxes were damaged
The boxes are really good but some of them were damaged maybe during transportation but it is not good image for you.
