I bought over £80 worth of product in November. I then had to return it, due to sizing issues. I have proof of postage, and tracking information says it was returned successfully and signed for. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company through email (where I sent proof of postage), Instagram and Facebook. I have been completely ignored and no response or refund has been given. It is absolutely disgraceful to hold someone’s money, when the return has been accepted.

Ordered 10th December with 2-3 days delivery time. It's now 27th December with no updates or responses to email. Also the company website is down (or coming soon) and I'm not sure if they are still in business, but I have been charged.

Only giving one star as I can’t leave zero. Order placed for 2-3 day delivery. It’s now nearly two weeks later and the tracking number doesn’t exist, I’ve had no response to numerous emails and no goods delivered. Scam company do not buy from here.

The lilac set was just stunning, the sizing guide is quiet accurate girls so follow it. The shipment arrived so quickly, I was even shocked at how was fast it came! Will be buying more sets from them again, as I’m a very happy customer.

Asked to cancel an order following procedure as per cancellation and did not get a reply so the products were sent out .
Received the products followed the return policy procedure by emailing and still not received a reply after 3 days, plus no other forms of contact or support offered. Still waiting to return items
