I would not purchase from this company again. First, my order is over two months late. They initially promise delivery within 10 days, but that claim is completely false. Only after I reported the issue to my credit card company did they finally start taking action on my order.

Now, they're telling me that I need a forklift to unload the delivery myself, as they don't handle unloading. This lack of transparency and support is beyond frustrating. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you expect timely delivery and straightforward service. I’ll continue disputing this situation until it's fully resolved.
