Fast service. Steep prices. I liked the support.

I'm not a web or IT techie but have ended up running a couple of big forums. I moved my hosting to VH many years ago & have always been pleased with the support & assistance they've provided. They helped through some stressful times when I've been upgrading forum platforms & are always on hand to assist with issues on the rare occasions they occur. I'm in the UK but time difference is no issue - there's always someone there.

In the past, we have tried other providers, including well-known giants.
Since moving over to Vertex Host 7 yrs. ago, our lives have been made easier with their reliable and outstanding service. The transition was quick and smooth. Anytime I have ever had a problem with my site, Billy and the crew at Vertexhost have fixed it within hours. Not that I have had many problems at all over the last 10+ years I have used their services. I would recommend them for their hosing to anyone looking to put a site up. We have been a Vetexhost customer since 2008. We are not just pleased but truly enthusiastic about the service. Compared to other hosting services the Vertexhost team seems like they are an extension of your own IT team. Every question or issue that has come up has been addressed quickly and immediately, followed by a communication as to the nature of the problem and what was done to address the issue. In most cases I not only get a response from the on-duty system administrator but a follow-up from the manager as well. The Vertex staff has very low turnover so you get to know individual team members -- a big shout out to Dylan, Naren, and Billy. Vertexthost management has a background in our type of application and during our initial migration from another platform they invested a lot of time figuring out why it worked on IIS but not Apache. As a hosting company this was not their responsibility, but with expertise and dedication they figured out the issue that had stumped everyone else. This is only one of many examples where Vertexhost rose above the rest. You can't beat the service; immediate response at any hour, superior technical skills, one-to-one communication with real people who know your implementation, infrastructure optimization, excellent pricing, and bundled support for a wide range of open software applications -- it just does not get any better. Five stars, six if I could add more.
