I visited Virtue BMW in Shipley in June to throw a leg over a bike I’d been thinking about for a while. Walking into the dealership I was welcomed by Fiona who asked if she could help with anything, within minutes I was out riding a demo of the bike and upon my return I found the staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions without being pushy or trying to sell me the bike.
I was offered a trade in price on my bike and found that deal could be done on a brand new S1000 XR TE M sport.
I’m very pleased with the bike and the whole customer experience was very pleasant and I would highly recommend Virtue BMW Shipley.

We rode 180 miles after speaking to the sales man at Sunderland. He was honest in his appraisal of the new bike and gave me a good price for mine. We bought the bike. Everything went smoothly. There is a Holiday Inn on the opposite side of the road which was quite good value if you are travelling a distance. The showroom is worth a visit and one of the best BMW showrooms I have seen.

I bought my bike over the phone and had it delivered, the whole experience was a pleasure, the sales person was easy to talk to and very informative about the whole process which made it easy, the bike was delivered exactly the time they said it would be, I traded my old bike in they gave me an excellent price, everyone involved were pleasant and knowledgeable.
