I tried to contact them via their website but gave up after 6 failed Captcha tests. Tried phoning them, got redirected but nobody to take my call. Told someone would call me back. They didn't. Had another go at their web form and eventually managed to get it sent! However, they didn't come back to me. Considering I'm looking at spending around £12k on a new motorcycle you'd think they would actually want to talk to a potential customer, but no they don't. If their pre-sales is this awful, I dread to think what their post-sales support is like! Time to look elsewhere.

Edited to respond. Having read some of the other comments left by other people, I think I've dodged a bullet and will spend my money with a more reliable / reputable motorcycle dealer.

Sales did a great job and I bought a new bike.
Delay in receipt of free sports pack - mine was issued to another customer.
Then a warranty claim. Yes the job is done, I had a bike loaned to me while it was in the workshop, and I now have the bike home.
The hassle due to not managing expectations, not working with the manufacturer's guidance, not communicating, and apology only from Grant Woodward, who really did try hard, means I am not one bit impressed. When you have a frank conversation with the service manager and things do not improve, in my experience there is little point proceeding with complaints process in branch.
I have never, in 31 years of bike ownership, (Suzuki x4, Kawasaki x1, Honda x3, BMW x3, Triumph x1) had a bike returned back to me after any work and servicing, with oil smears on the frame, or sealant dripped and dried on the paintwork. I rely on others to service and maintain my bikes.
This business needs to remember customers choose where they spend their money and a major bike dealer locally went under not long ago...

I dealt with Ian in sales, really nice guy. I purchased as advertised a Honda 954 Fireblade. These 954 blades are great machines. I paid the cost of the bike plus the £200 delivery charge. When I received the 954 I was very happy, mint condition, 9000 miles. When I checked the numbers on the bike I found out what it actually was. I had been sold a 2001 929 Fireblade, a far inferior bike. I telephoned Vertu Motorcycles and spoke to Ian I informed him that the bike is not 954 as advertised but an older 929. He said he was told by his manager James that the bike is a real 954. I then spoke to James the manager, he came across as though this was very inconvenient and totally my fault and the bike was a 929 and was not advertised as a 954. The Fireblade was advertised in AutoTrader, clearly stating 954. James then informed me I had to have the bike back in his showroom in 9 days and if late they will not accept the bike and also I have to pay for the transport. I had to pay more than usual for transport with it being Christmas. I have been sold a 2001 929 which was advertised as 2002 954 and Vertu will take no responsibility

I chose Vertu Honda to buy my new Forza 125 because I have bought my last 2 Honda bikes from Vertu Honda Grantham and the customer service was spot on. This time I visited Vertu Honda Nottingham because they are only 6 miles from my home. I was looked after by Phil Innes who was both friendly and professional. At no time did I feel pressured and the whole buying experience was a pleasure, thanks Phil.

Dropped my suzuki hayabusa on Wednesday at 8am for a service and MOT and my courtesy bike wasn't ready till 8.30, So why drop my bike off at 8am? My bike wasn't ready till Friday at 2pm, the front break lever was tie wrapped up was told it had new front break pads on, it was worse now than when I first bought the bike in, rode the bike home (been riding bikes for 45 years and riding the bike was the most nervous I've ever been )riding it home the bike was that dangerous I actually videoed it ,couldn't use the bike on Monday to get to work had to take and the bike back to honda on Tuesday to be repaired so the bike shouldn't have passed its mot ! I was riding a death trap. I've got the bike back now and still not happy about the breaking system so I am going to book it into a different bike shop to check them out and document everything further , allowing that bike to go back to the customer was completely unacceptable and due to the severity of the problem and how badly it could've ended not even an apology was made, the staff was unapologetic and unprofessional and I don't think they seemed to understand how badly it could've ended, had I not noticed the problem who knows what would have happened, after reading the good reviews I chose this place to do the service it was supposed to provide, however after the experience I had all I can do is to say I RECOMMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE! They seriously need to have a look at the work they’re producing. DO NOT GO HERE also picture is a screen shot from the bike AFTER I got it back and how the breaks were after it “passed” it’s mot ( 2 fingers and it was touching the handle) ridiculous and dangerous, save your money

Offered £4750 for my px Ian King salesman said 'your px will only make 5400' it's on their website now for £6800.
Gabriel messed up the collection/handover despite being given all the relevent information he asked for.
Would give a big fat 0 score if I could

i recently purchased a motorcycle from the Nottingham Honda branch. everything was great until i had issues on the way home. the issues weren't a problem, but getting hold of anyone in the service dept was. despite leaving numerous messages with the dealership and the really annoying central switchboard, with promises of 'someone will be in touch' i heard nothing. After 2 days of this i emailed the General manager out of sheer frustration. he rang me and sorted things out.
i will add that the sales dept and the manager were excellent but the service dept will not receive any more business from me.

I bought a Honda NT 1100 back in June 22 ,I asked to look into why it was running rough on the first service but they fobbed me off ,I have now done 6000 miles and it is very uncomfortable to ride it also does a double change when using the quick shifter so before I get rid of it I booked it into Vertu Nottingham for a diagnostic report I rode the thirty miles to the dealers ln freezing conditions expecting a result . It wasn’t long before the lad on the service desk came back to me to say that there was nothing wrong with the bike it ran smoothly and did not do the double shift,I am a pensioner and he spoke to me like a child so I rode the bike home very disappointed, they are obviously a lot cleverer than me as it coughed and juddered all the way home , I will just part exchange the bike never another Honda nor any dealings with Vertu Nottingham

I took my bike in for a service and also asked that a pair of adjustable brake/clutch levers be fitted.
When I collected the bike all seemed well with the levers at full extension.
As I rode away, I pulled both levers in a little - after this neither clutch nor brake levers worked properly. The clutch didn't allow me to change gear and when I had to stop the front brakes simply didn't work at all. Thankfully I was on a slow, in town, road and the rear brake stopped me safely. Had I taken the nearby dual carriageway, with its higher speed limit, then the consequences could have been disastrous!
I managed to kick the bike out of gear and readjusted the clutch lever to maximum extension, after which it still was sticky on gear changes. The brakes did work after putting them back to maximum extension.
I reported these problems to Vertu as soon as I arrived home - they said that they would look into it and get back to me. I also reported the problems via their 'feedback' email.
After a week, I have heard nothing from them at all. I'm suspecting that they really don't care about what they did.
I have had similar lever fitted to bikes in the past and they have always worked well, at whatever extension. In this instance I believe that they cannot have been tested properly before the bike was returned to me.
