I actually wish I could more than 5 stars for the service and experience I received from Vertu Motors (MINI) in York. Special shout out to Cameron who was an absolute star and helped me so much when my local Mini dealer let me down disastrously. I drove over 200 miles to pick up my new car but it was definitely worth it.
Every step of the way I was given accurate and informative responses - Cameron went above and beyond to get me the car of my dreams.
This is my 6th Mini and by far this was the best experience I have had.

A genuinely superb overall service.
I’ve been fortunate enough to buy and own several nice cars from various different dealerships around the country and sadly I’ve found that good service isn’t always guaranteed.
This was amongst the best service and experience I’ve had.
A good deal backed up with concise comms, email returns and phone calls coupled with honest chats and down to earth chat.
Despite being 3 years old my new 2022 X5 is virtually as new.
A shout out to Kallum, thank you.
Overall a 300 mile round trip to collect my new car and I’m very content. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Useless trying to call them in the bodyshop as you can't speak to anyone.My car got smashed into and I rang to give them further info last Friday....No answer so I left a message for them to call me back....Still waiting now.....Avoid !!!

Good customer service for a great Mini.
This is the first time in years we’ve had good service in buying a new car! The previous times were not Vertu or Mini. Ben at York delivered what he’d said when we set off on the looking and buying process. He kept in touch with updates and during dealing with the paperwork. A great Mini collected yesterday.
