Show room staff were exceptionally pleasant, no pressure to purchase but were in attendance to impart information about the product.
The whole process of purchasing was relaxed with staff very helpful with navigating and explaining the documentation required and demonstrating the vehicle.

From the moment we walked into the showroom at Renault Vertu Gloucester, we were given such amazing help, especially from Connor who sold us our incredible Symbioz hybrid. He was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We looked at a number of cars and he patiently guided and advised in choosing the right one for us. The hot chocolate was great too!

Went into the ford garage in Gloucester…
Went into the ford garage in Gloucester to test drive a Puma or Kuga after sitting in a puma I thought a bit small so test drove a Kuga with Adam who made me feel very calm and confident as I don't know the road very well that side of Glos he then researched for me a Kuga about a year one and got it delivered from Cheltenham but a bit slow bringing it to Glos.

Not all dealerships treat you like BYD
Have spent a lot of time in other dealership showrooms whilst choosing my new car, I have seen the very worst and the very best sadly the former out weighed the later... However Vertu BYD do things differently. You book an appointment and you get excellent service. I had Aaron for my appointment and he was excellent really knew his stuff and clearly passionate about the brand. I have now taken delivery and I have to say he made the handover experience very special.

I would give 0 if I could
I would give 0 if I could. Bought a van - in cash - from Bristol branch - less than a year ago. Paid for extra warranty. Had nothing but trouble so far. Warranty is pretty much worthless, you have to pay upfront every time. Had to have the battery replaced at a cost to myself. The electrics have gone. Customer service non existent.

First time using Vertu motors and it won’t be the last
From the get go I’m pleased with Vertu’s car buying process as I was looking to p/x my current car and their online valuation tool seems to be as accurate as it could get, I like the forward thinking of Vertu how it displays the valuation price on the website with the option to email, rather than the usual annoying process of sending the valuation by email only before you can see it which what most other car dealer sites do, this might be a minor detail to some but the small details makes a difference so I gravitated to using Vertu although my car did get devalued at the end due to lack of preparation of the car on my part not making it presentable, fix damages etc. to get the most trade in value. I did not walk away as it was fair assessment of my car’s value
The dealer Vertu Ford Gloucester dealt with my query promptly after reserving my car on Sunday evening, I was contacted by Mo on Monday agreed a personalised video tour of the car to be shown to me which I must admit I was impressed with the quality and breadth (a credit to the star of the show Mo) also traded photos of my current car, agreed on the price and I was able to drive out of the forecourt the following day with my new car. Only niggle i had during the day was I had to wait 15-20 mins before I was seen for my appointment. However a cheerful Mo helped put me at ease and complete the transaction as smoothly as possible, there was a usual upsell of extra warranties and cover which were really good value for money (I didnt take cover out ar the end as I was sticking to a budget) also with the free drive away insurance, trolley keyrings and the top up of petrol were very much appreciated. Many thanks again to Mo, Ian and the rest of the team at Vertu. I would not hesitate again using Vertu and especially this branch in the future
