A hassle free purchase from distance
Dan Pentelow was very helpful and made the whole process of buying a car at distance (we are in Kent he is in Macclesfield) and unseen very straightforward and stress free. He responded quickly to calls and emails, always phoning back when promised and was happy to pick me up from the train station. He ran through the operation of the car (CLA) when I picked it up to ensure I was familiar with it from the start.
