We were struggling to see the colour options at most dealers.
However Sharon at BDY Worcester was able to send us a video of both colour options on the actual car we wanted to purchase.
We met Sharon to view the colour options and were impressed by her customer service and the purchase option that both Sharon and Georga put together that we purchased the car and collected it 5 days later.
The customer service didn’t alter when we collected the car if anything maybe even better.

James was the guy who we dealt with
James was the guy who we dealt with, and from first meeting him to handover of vehicle he was first class, very helpful, patient ( we didn’t know which van to buy! ) easy to speak to and didn’t pressure us into making a decision.

Wasn't sure whether I wanted to change my car at this stage, but was keen to see what the BYD offered. I was welcomed into the showroom at Worcester by Mike Illsley and Elliott Silvera and their openness and transparency throughout, gave me the confidence to purchase a brand that I had little knowledge of prior to the visit.

My old diesel Fiesta was in its death…
My old diesel Fiesta was in its death throes, as I longer drive sufficient mileage to justify having a diesel. I needed a replacement. I was introduced to Andy Russell of Vertu, Worcester. He grasped what I needed, and established my budget very quickly and gave a couple of options. I soon purchased a Ford B-Max and am very happy with the car. Even my wife likes it!

Good old fashioned customer care with an excellent show room full of professionally valeted used vehicles (which is what we were looking for). In short, we were properly looked after. Peter Brampton made our part exchange experience for one of their vehicles seamless from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Vertu Worcester for service and customer care.
