Friendly, Considerate, and Helpful
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
I had a small idea in mind of what my needs were, and they were able to help in offering a number of vehicles to look at and sit in. None of these were what I wanted, but they were able to find me a vehicle from somewhere else that met the description of what my need were, and have this vehicle transferred to this location.
They were understanding of my needs and made every effort to be friendly and helpful.
I have had a great experience of Bristol street and Vertu in multiple dealers, and this interaction has met with my already high expectations.

A unexpected car purchase 3 weeks before my wedding!
From my first phone call to Danielle at Vertu Burton I was made to feel a valued customer. She was very knowledgable about the car I was interested in and even sent a comprehensive video of the car both inside and out with a full explanation of what was included.
We went on a good length test drive and didn’t once feel under any pressure to buy (which was really nice)
Delivery was a nice bonus and Danielle took time to explain the sat nav, radio, etc.
All in all a very pleasurable car buying experience.
