Great people.
Just had a second year service on my e-C4, carried out efficiently and speedily. Whilst there, I expressed interest in a new e-C3. Dave Wakefield from the sales team took me for a test drive and was very clued up on the model (unlike previous experiences with some sales people). He also gave me an excellent trade-in allowance and other discounts. So it was with huge guilt that I had to say no due to the loss of some of my e-C4's top-of-the-range features. (They are obviously cars for different market segments, of course.) So, sorry Dave, and do seek him out for great assistance and an excellent deal! PS. I loved the e-C3 and would recommend it.

Friendly, approachable staff
I booked online to view a Hyundai I10 and got a follow up call to confirm the appointment. Alex, the salesperson, took the time to send me a video of the car so that I could see the exterior and interior in more detail before the appointment. When I took the car for a test drive, as well as driving around the local area we also went on the A38 to see how the car performed which was great. Alex was very friendly and approachable and answered all my questions. The process of buying the car went smoothly and when I picked up the car it was lovely to see a big red ribbon on it – what a nice touch! I’m now enjoying my Hyundai I10 and would definitely recommend Vertu Citroen Derby for their customer service.
