Never trust. They took all the money.
Hi, I had the worst experience of my life with this car dealership, and Ruby was the person responsible for it. Their behavior was completely unacceptable. Throughout the entire process, Ruby had no answers to even the simplest questions - every time, they had to run and ask someone else. It was obvious that they had no idea what they were doing, and it made the whole experience chaotic and unprofessional. I also made it clear that I was in the middle of a move and did not have access to a computer. Everything I did was over the phone, and that made the whole situation extremely difficult. Instead of helping, they made things even more difficult. We agreed to sign the papers the following Wednesday, everything was supposed to be simple and I was completely prepared. Instead, they abruptly claimed that the license plate "did not arrive" and continued to delay without offering any real explanation. On top of that, they said they would deliver the car to my home but never mentioned any delivery fee. Only later did they sneak £700 into the contract for delivery within just 20 miles. This is dishonest, unprofessional and shows no respect for customers. I highly recommend everyone stay away from this dealership. I will never go back.

We’re sorry that the delivery did not go as smoothly as we would have liked. Unfortunately, the issues encountered were beyond our control and were due to the requirements set by the finance company, which we explained to you at the time.
We arranged delivery of the vehicle to you free of charge. The £700 fee you mentioned is a standard charge from Renault applied to all new vehicles and forms part of the on-the-road price.

Vertu have again excelled in their customer service.
This is the 7th car bought from Vertu. Alan Dicks was helpful, friendly and patient.
i was thinking about changing to an automatic car, i had a Duster and loved it, so i thought that i would have an automatic version of what i had. But i gave Alan an idea of what i was looking for. He showed us a Symbioz and it was everything that i needed.
Alan instructed me on how to use an automatic, he made sure i was happy with everything before letting me go on the road.

Had an appointment booked for this morning between 11am and 12pm to discuss deals on new cars, made myself available as I am looking currently and received no call. I then received a call at 1750 to talk about a new car, so I explained I will not deal with an unreliable company. No apology given and instead had the cheek to send a text message with a video of a new car shortly afterwards. Absolute joke!

Great service from Connor at Renault/Ducia Gloucester. Not pushy, informative, gave me time to decide and showed my other options before making my car purchase, would highly recommend anyone to look at VERTU if considering buying either a new or used car. I had looked around several places before hand and felt very comfortable buying from them. They also Gave me a good px price for my old car. Which finally made up my mind.
