I enquired one day and had a new car within a week! I spoke to Leon and can’t speak very highly of him. Buying this car was a easy experience.

Kieran our sales person was attentive and personable keeping us up to date through regular contact .The process through documentation /technology was kept relaxed and efficient Kieran has a lovely approach .

After ordering our new car we were kept in the loop as to when it will be delivered. the process was handled professionally by Aqib our sales person. On hand over they made sure we were happy with the car setup and answered the few questions we had. I would recommend Fords Carville Durham if thinking of buying a Ford.

In the initial stages had to chase the salesman just to get a response. Eventually sorted a deal and upon collecting the vehicle it wasn’t clean. Had it back in for another valet and still lots of interior marks. Complained again still waiting for a response. Shower of shit!

Very easy process from start to finish. Jess was brilliant, always so friendly, easy to get in contact with if needed and I didn't feel pressured to buy at any point. She found me the car that was right for me. Excellent experience. All staff I made contact with, either in person or over the phone, were very helpful and friendly too.

Highly professional caring staff.
I was seeking to purchase a Ford Puma St and approached Vertu Ford at Durham. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was seeking. Although the car I was after was at Bolton Vertu Ford they arranged for the car to be brought up. I was kept informed about when the car was available to view at Durham. The car was as described and proceeded with the purchase. The salesperson who was dealing with the purchase was Jessica. The whole process was fully explained and fully understood all aspects of the transaction. Sales staff are extremely knowledgeable and polite. A week later I picked up the car which was immaculately presented.
I cannot thank Jessica and the rest of the staff for their help and guidance .
First class garage if you are looking to purchase a new or used Ford.
