Just picked up my car from Vertu kings…
Just picked up my car from Vertu kings Norton after a warranty issue with creaking up front suspension arm. This noise was horrendous and I was very angry with FOrd motor company but as soon as I contacted Vertu Kings Norton they put my mind at rest and repaired the issue in half a day. Changing cars.
I was looking to change my car and had seen the model I wanted at Vertu Darlington. I went to Vertu Kings Norton where Sam Siddique dealt with me and arranged for the car to be delivered to Kings Norton. Sam was excellent ,nothing was too much trouble and the part exchange and sale went through smoothly.All in all a very good experience.

I took my Daughter to Ford Kings Norton to buy a new car. Patrick Connelly dealt with us and all I can say is he was totally professional and friendly with it. No schmoozing us - told us everything straight and didn't hide anything from us. A thoroughly decent reassuring chap who you wouldn't think was a salesperson at all! My daughter is only 19 and it is a huge financial.committment but Patrick reassured us at every step and told us to contact him at any time going forward. Give that man a promotion! 5*

Had a great experience purchasing a new/used car at Kings Norton branch this week. The ease of buying a used car
Just bought a used Focus. Vertu King's Norton team were very helpful during this process. A special mention for Patrick, who answered all questions, went through all the gadgets on the car and sorted out all the paperwork. Made the process of buying the car and part exchanging my old car very easy.

Just picked up my car from Kings Norton had locking wheel nuts replaced as key not with car when we purchased it. Dean is a credit to your company - really helpful and friendly. I had a query regarding a notification on the car and he came out and checked it and gave me some advice.

Kings Norton Ford Motability Scheme
We got a car on Motability and we had it in a week staff and especially Bradley was very helpful and and understanding. I would recommend Kings norton Vertu Ford. They have gave me my freedom back after being House Bound waiting for operation Car was clean and I love it. It has everything I need to get me from A to B. Showroom was very good and comfortable

Excellent Sales Team
The Sales team (particularly Patrick Connelly) at Vertu Ford Kings Norton were excellent. From identifying the car we wanted, tracing the perfect match from their wide range of vehicle providers to delivering the car to their forecourt for us to view.
