Delt with a nice lad Adil
Delt with a nice lad Adil, got a good deal on my PX more than other garages and the car was a respectably good price. Both party's happy. When got home noticed the last service history was not stamped and there was no car mats. I phoned Adil who said no problem come in on Tuesday and will sort. Came in no problems all sorted. Very professionally delt from start to finish. Brother looking to change his car in January and Adil already looking in stock for a Juke or Qashqai in will get sent up to Newcastle when sorted. Well done Adil and Vertu Motors Newcastle.

Adil was very respectful to me
Adil was very respectful to me, given that I am a senior citizen and female.
I had already made up my mind about the used car I wanted that was on the market and he didn’t try to alter my decision or over sell it.
I felt comfortable inside the dealership and with the instructions I was given for going ahead with the purchase.

The vertu ford experience was exellent from day one went in chose my car was told all about it Graeme the sales team was helpful and knowledgeable he kept me in the loop every step of the way the odd time I spoke to the new manager David he was polite and very experienced both worked a a team they told me were the car was all the way from factory being built to it’s journey to the showroom anyone wanting a new or used car I would recommend vertu ford Newcastle upon tyne well done

We were welcomed into the showroom straight away offered tea, coffee, or water. We were then shown a series of cars of interest to us. Finally we sat down and discussed business. Our salesman was very informative very helpful and very easy to talk to. Thank you for a very good experience.

New car experience
I bought a car ,it had faults, there was no issue on swapping it for a different car,from the general manager Chris ,to used car sales manager Jonathan ,sales executive Lee ,and service advisor Rebecca ,they all went above and beyond to help me,their service was 5 star,they are all a valuble asset to the Vertu.i wouldn't hesitate to go back to buy another car from them.
