The staff were able to get a new ford kuga while working within my financial limits. Very impressive service and a great car.

The whole experience was excellent, from start to finish. A very special mention has to go to Harman who was fantastic and made sure I knew what was happening from start to finish. He could not do enough for us. Outstanding customer service! Another special mention for Mark Wesson who was also excellent and made sure everything was in place. He also went out of his way to ensure that the list of things I wanted was met, as did Harman. I would recommend Vertu Ford, West Bromwich without reservation. All of the sales assistants were friendly and great at their job, especially Harman and Mark Wesson. Definitely a 10 / 10 but would give more if I could. I will definitely be returning and encouraging family and friends to go there to buy a new vehicle. Thank you Harman and Mark and all the Team.

Went to the West Bromwich branch to sell my partners car. Online got offered £2000 but they were only willing to give £750. We got past from person to person as the first person who was dealing with us was more interested in selling a vehicle to another customer because they get commission. The Vertu Motors have an offer on for September of an extra £500 what they don’t tell you is that you only get that if your vehicle is under 10 years old and if it’s worth £5000 or more. Absolute joke and will advise anyone not to sell to them.

Really good experience - no hard sell but very proactive listening. Helped me overcome my self-inflicted boundaries and reservations. Well done Vertu and Jon Parker ... I only popped in to have a look!

I had a great experience at Vertu Ford West Bromwich when buying my new car. Jon Parker looked after me and was wonderful and more than happy to help at all times. Would recommend!

2nd time I’ve bought a car from these guys, and for the 2nd time, I’m not disappointed. Jon and Ian were very helpful, explaining things clearly at every step. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Had a few issues when purchasing a second hand Ford fiesta from the Birmingham branch but eventually they sorted all issues and I purchased a service and warranty plan from them.
Just over a month after having the car an airbag warning light came up, I rang up the West Bromwich branch to get it booked in and was offered a date over a month later- I didn’t think this was great service as surely an airbag issue is a safety issue!! Anyway few days before it was due in the light went off and stayed off so I cancelled the appointment,
The warning light then came back on a week later so I called to book it in again, again was covered an appointment over month & 1/2 later.
At 4pm the day before I was due to bring it in- I received a call from the service team advising it wouldn’t be covered under warranty as apparently airbags can be tampered with by the customer!!! I’d love to know how,
So now I’ve got a fiesta I paid over £10k for that I’m scared to drive and paying for a warranty & service plan that they are obviously going to avoid carrying out any work. - I was told I should of read the hand book!! - because I obviously planned that an airbag warning light would come on!!
Really not happy and so dissatisfied with whole experience of dealing with Vertu motors.
I have emailed one of the managers at the Birmingham branch to see if they can do anything.
