The showroom sales person was so…
The showroom sales person was so helpful and friendly. Le-roy explained everything from start to finish. No questions I asked were to small for this young man to answer. He is a credit to the staff at Vertu motors. When I collected my car I was taken through the safety measures I needed to know, explaining all the features available. Le-Roy even added my phone and home address to the system. 100% top service. I would definitely recommend Vertu motors to any of my friends and family. Thank you

5 star barely enough, this is the 3rd car purchased through Vertu Derby. Samuel Walker steered me through the latest purchase with care, attention and sorted all my questions. As a female it’s imperative I have trust in the whole process. The last car was 11 1/2 years old from new, they have serviced and attended to its needs. It’s like a ‘family’ business, everything at every level has never disappointed, brilliant communication and never a problem to go the extra mile. A HUGE THANK YOU. Choosing a car was difficult. Hours spent online looking for a car. As soon as I found a car which was with Honda Derby, everything became easy.
Timely to respond to mails as well as return calls, easy signing of papers just to mention a few.
Special mention to Will. He was amazing. Easy to have a chat with, calm, and knew his stuff. This is the second car I am getting from Vertu Honda and this experience was fantabulous. I felt special

We desperately needed a specific car as our had broken down and Sanjay spent a long time finding one on your network.
He has it delivered the next day and we went for a test drive and loved it.

I recently purchased a car from Vertu Honda Bradford and unfortunately experienced several issues with the vehicle. I was referred by Chris, the General Manager at the Bradford branch, to Vertu Honda Derby for further support, FAO Mark W.
From the moment I arrived, Mark has been exceptional. He has been consistently professional, diligent, reliable, and transparent. He keeps me updated at every stage and has never dismissed or overlooked any concern I raised. His respect and attentiveness have truly stood out.
I want to express my sincere appreciation to Mark W, the Service Manager at Vertu Honda Derby. His professionalism and polite manner have been consistent throughout my entire experience. The front‑desk staff have also been courteous, helpful, and professional every time I’ve interacted with them.
I would confidently and wholeheartedly recommend Vertu Honda Derby based on the outstanding service I received. However, I cannot say the same for VERTU HONDA BRADFORD as its an appauling service, that experience is a separate review on its own.

Fantastic customer service from Vertu Derby, Sam Walker in particular. Actually it is a really well run dealership.
