We purchased a Suzuki Vitara (ND68) from Vertu Morpeth. When the car arrived it was filthy, full of crumbs and marks all over the seats. No warranty was provided at the time even though they said they had emailed it. Beware as once they have your money they don’t want to know. We have had BOTH wing MIRRORS literally fall out in the space of two weeks. The right hand mirror fell off when we were travelling at speed on the motorway. Adam (Branch Manager) appeared to be disinterested and had the attitude that it’s not our problem. If the Motor Assured Warranty don’t cover it then nothing to do with us. Good luck with obtaining repeat business. Rest assured we wouldn’t touch Vertu again!

When I bought this car brand new this car was getting over 200 miles worth of range on 80 percent charge, with no air conditioning on. It now only gets 143 miles with 80 percent charge with no air conditioning on. I have been to this so called dealership numerous times over this issue and they say there is nothing the matter with car and to reset the trip. There is less than 4000 miles on the car (honda eny1). This is ridiculous. Also the staff are really unhelpful. Don't waste your time and money with this dealership

I used the MORPETH branch, I needed a replacement part fitted and the experience was outstanding, I mean really perfect in every possible way. Excellent customer service altogether. I was driven home and back to base again after the repair was made. I've never had that treat before, anywhere else.
