Can not recommend this company enough. We live in London and they were able to accommodate us asking for videos and answered any questions we had. They kept us informed and updated about anything that needed doing prior to us making the journey to see and hopefully collecting the car.
Every member of staff we spoke to or met were helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming.
The car was ready and as described and shown in the videos. It was a quick and easy transaction.
As we travelled by train Natalee was kind enough to pick us up and made us feel 'at home'. She ensured we were met with a cup of tea and a biscuit too after out long journey. Jack finalised all the paperwork for us and was also welcoming and a pleasure to deal with.

Booked an MOT at Vertu Honda in Newcastle upon Tyne as they had an offer at £45. They called to say I needed extra work including a diagnosis which alone was £160, but with the extra work totalled over £400.
The next day after completing the work the ABS dashboard light was on. I called to the garage and emailed them four times to no answer. They washed their hands of the problem even though the problem came from the rear wheels where they were working on.
So a very low score from me because of their customer service.
UPDATE!! The manager reached out and I took the car back for inspection.
The guys were extremely professional in their approach and took me into the garage to show me where the fault comes from. I've now adjusted my rating and will be very happy to use them in the near future.
NOTE: I've used web app mechanics previously who come to you and are slightly cheaper but the quality of work is well below par. I will certainly use VERTU HONDA again.

Cant fault customer service, the garage was not pushy. we found a car we had been looking for, after 6 months of searching at a decent price, there was never any local till this one popped up. We thought we had got a brilliant deal however buying a car thats had a 'pre sale inspection' and finding a golfing book and a random mans order of service with a photo on was just the start of a bad experience. The cleanliness was not up to standard on collection in or outside the vehicle.
6 hours later my skoda scala monte carlo's clutch failed, went straight to the floor, couldn't get it in gear multiple times, scary with a toddler in the car and on main roads.
Husband drove it later and got the end of our estate at front of junction, clutch went straight to floor, wouldnt go into gear had to wave cars to go around us, extremely dangerous and embarrassing from a main dealer garage.
Got it home after a short test drive after finally getting it going, to realise how noisy the engine bay was it sounded like a 2.0l diesel not a 1.0l petrol, we were absolutely devastated. The whole point in buying this car was to stop years and years of bad luck and fixing our cars every weekend with older cars. The car has clearly had a very hard ragged life by someone.
Contacted them and they collected it the very next day and got a refund. Then saw they put it straight back up for sale!!
Still very shocked from a main dealer to sell a car in that condition when we told them we have 4 children, clearly not inspected correctly before sale.
It could of caused a crash.
