Gavin went the extra mile in making sure that we were completely satisfied with the car we were interested in and looked after us very well from the initial visit to collecting our car 4 days later.

Excellent service
Extremely pleased and satisfied with all aspects of our buying experience.
All the team were attentive and helpful throughout abd especially O'neil who at all times was courteous sensitive to our needs and thorough ,a gentleman. We had good rapport and made to feel comfortable and welcome .
The whole team including admin.went above and beyond and indeed stayed late at the dealership to make sure all was well and completed for us .

Fantastic sales service
I knew exactly the second hand Honda model I wanted and spotted it online from Vertu - a rare find. I was able to arrange delivery (from Nottingham to Glasgow ) and part exchange of my previous car within just two weeks. I was delighted with the deal offered and really appreciated an entirely smooth purchase process. Staff were so helpful, answering all my many questions. Customer service was excellent
Customer service from Gavin was excellent. ( Could not have been better. - in fact, ten out of ten! }. Showed us all the controls of the car and added tips on the best way to use them, and also talked us through all of the documentation.
Definitely recommend Gavin and Vertu Honda Nottingham.

Our experience of buying a second hand…
Our experience of buying a second hand Honda Jazz car from Virtu Honda Nottingham was very good.
All the staff were very pleasant and welcoming , especially O'Neil Carty who guided us through the process efficiently and patiently. Being elderly and my husband disabled, he was most considerate and attentive to our needs.
I am very happy with the car so far, as it meets all our needs and I would certainly recommend the company to anyone thinking of purchasing a Honda car .

I bought my vehicle from vertu Honda Nottingham and had a great experience. My salesman was Barney who was very honest about finance, my options and added extras. The sales process and handover was smooth. Communication could have been improved slightly but I would recommend vertu Nottingham.

Tallulah dealt with my purchase of a Civic. She was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. We were coming from over 100 miles, so the transaction had to be done on the day. All went well.

Most efficient new car purchase
Visited Vertu Honda at 1pm to discover an attractive new car deal was available that ended later that day. The sales manager offered us an immediate test drive in a Honda Jazz. Although we had another new car deal elsewhere due to the way things were handled and presented to us at Honda we opted for the Jazz and had signed up to buy a new car before close of business. The sales manager is an excellent asset to the this Honda franchise

I came Vertu Honda in Nottingham to…
I came Vertu Honda in Nottingham to look at a car, I spotted on the internet. Looked all round the car then proceeded inside to enquire about the car. Where a lovely lady called Tallulah helped me with my questions and we even went out on a test drive. There was no pressure sales, that you get in other places. If there was I would have walked away.
She was so helpful, with everything. Great communication during and after I purchased the car.
She even surprisingly gave me an unveiling of my car. Which I was surprised for a second hand car. She really did go the extra mile. Left me feeling like she’s looked after me really well.
I would be happy to return and buy another car off Tallulah. Thank you for your hard work and service.

Friendly but flawed experience
Car had fault prior to purchase, 3 attempts to fix but they were unable to do so.
It's now been well over a month since it was returned and my rejection was accepted and still awaiting a refund.
Staff are genuinely nice and well intentioned but predelivery inspection quality and aftersales needs improvement.
I would like to think my experience was the rare exception and not the norm.
