I would 1000% reccomend Vertu Barnsley. I dealt mainly with Chris Nutbrown who was fantastic and couldn't do enough when purchasing my new EV. His communication and customer skills was top notch!
Also i dealt with Dean Heseltine. He was also extremely brilliant. Again, he couldn't have done anymore for me. Emailing me on his day off to make sure everything was going good with new car. I'm extremely grateful for the service i received and would defintely use Vertu Barnsley again in the future and recommend them to anyone!

The sales staff listened to what I had to say, about what I was looking for and took it on board.
Chole was very good at explaining things, made me feel at ease.
On the test drive again didn't rush, I felt comfortable.
Now that I've had my car for just over a week, I love it and enjoy driving it.

Fabulous experience
I spoke to Craig white about what I wanted from my new to me car mainly that I wanted a good towing capacity for my caravan. Craig did a lot of work researching and found me an absolutely awesome sportage that was an ex demo. It has everything I needed. Craig was kind, and did not mind me bombarding him with telephone and email queries. There was no pushy salesman just an all round excellent experience. I would 100% go back again. Thank you Craig and everyone else involved.

This is the most pleasant and stress free buying car experience in my life. Sales specialist Craig was professional and friendly and he tried his best to fasten the whole process as he knew we were rush to pick up my daughter.
Also, he wasn't hard selling any extras but he was going into details of it to let me know whether the extra is fit my need or not.
I'm ready surprised I got a beautiful hand writing greeting card and Vertu's souvenir from Craig as well.

I’ve just collected my 6 month old Kia Sportage HEV. I have had many cars over the years so visited many car dealers. I can honestly say this was the best ever. Craig was absolutely brilliant. He was genuinely welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. He makes customers feel like they are the most important person in the world. Not in an overbearing or pushy way. Just comes over as a really honest and helpful guy. Compared to other dealerships Craig and Vertu Barnsley are the crème de la crème. I would definately recommend them.
