I like the sales Kin Wong as he is very responsible. Always provide detail explanation and professional advice. My first car is from Vertu which was managing by him. I trust him and reply on him for the whole transaction.
Dislike is the service of after care in technical and customer service side. As mentioned, my first car is bought from Vertu. The yearly service and MOT comment is not quite align in between which make me feel curious what is my issue of my car actually. I think that’s the reason I am choosing to buy a Toyota car now so that I can go to them to do the yearly service and MOT in future.

A smooth and supported purchase, fabulous team supporting my point of contact.
From my first meeting with Zed at KIA Nottingham I felt at ease. I'd arranged a test drive and explained my situation and what I was looking for. No hard sell and a reasonable test drive was taken. I left with a number of questions raised with answers to follow, predominantly technical and performance related that needed to be checked before confirmation.
Zed came back with detail as required promptly so I felt fully informed.
A couple of weeks passed and my complications cleared (insurance related). Two further vehicles requested for viewing and one further test drive. No qualms Zed had the vehicles ready for my arrival.
We reviewed payment options, no pressure to take pcp or hp, simply the options. As the customer I appreciated the smooth process with my car purchased and collected it several days later.
Very happy with the car, the process and the customer care from Zed who followed up a couple of days later checking that I was happy with everything. A couple of little wrinkles, no hesitation, my car was returned and things ironed out.
Great customer service and experience, highly recommended.

I purchased my car from Vertu Kia Nottingham in November 2025, and within six months it developed major faults, including EPS warning, ABS warning, cruise control failure, heavy steering, and other electrical/electronic issues.
I contacted the dealership and was booked in after two weeks. I took leave from work and drove the unsafe car there, only to be told they could not diagnose it because they did not have the required Mercedes diagnostic tool. I was then advised to book it with Mercedes instead, which could have been explained much earlier.
I had the car diagnosed by Mercedes and sent the report to Vertu Kia Nottingham, but despite several follow-up emails, the matter has still not been handled properly or submitted to Motor Assured.
Very poor communication, unnecessary delays, and no proper support after purchase. This has caused a lot of stress, wasted time, and disruption to my work routine.

Bought a car recently and the service was top-notch. The Sales Lok Wong was brilliant—so knowledgeable and patient. They gave us loads of detailed information and really useful advice without being pushy at all. If you're looking to buy a car, definitely look for the Sales.

I was interested in a Kia EV4 GT Line S, ex-demo, but the 'company policy' says you can't order/reserve an ex-demo car 12 days ahead of time. I even offered to pay a larger deposit to secure the car. However, Vertu Motors and their salespersons total inflexible attitude (Thanks Lucas....not) resulted in a lost sale. I went to a 'more flexible' Kia dealership and secured a similar car.... Vertu Motors - Kia Nottinghams loss! I will NEVER attempt to use them again to buy a car and would advise others not to use them, especially if you want ordering/delivery/collection flexibility. Customer service rating......A BIG FAT ZERO.

I had such an awful experience elsewhere the day before I went to vertu Kia Nottingham to enquire about a car I had fallen in love with, I was abit scared at first after being treated so awful at a different dealership, however after being with them for 10 minutes they immediately changed my whole experience. I cannot thank them enough at vertu Kia Nottingham for making the whole experience smooth, easy and friendly! I will 100% recommend the experience.
