Very rude front of house service staff totally unacceptable the way we were spoken to and treated from a main dealer cost me £600 for the service, was made to feel like they were doing me a favour.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Land Rover Bolton, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and a huge part of that was down to our sales representative, Jack Hackley.
Jack was brilliant throughout the whole process — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find the right vehicle. He took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His professionalism and friendly approach made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

We visited the garage on Thursday to look at Range Rovers and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were met on the forecourt by Simon, who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between the various Range Rover models and engines. He was extremely informative and helped us understand which option would suit us best.
We then went inside where we sat down with Brooke, who was extremely friendly and professional. She went through all the figures with us and worked to get everything exactly where we wanted it to be. She made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free, we felt like we’d known her for years!
We were able to pick up our brand new Range Rover the following day, which was amazing, and we absolutely love it.
A huge thank you to Simon and Brooke for such great service. We would highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a new car.

Land Rover Discovery YB25 KVS advertised on Land Rover UK website at £61,444 in the days preceding 12 Feb, which I had expressed an interest in and made a couple of sensible offers, was re-listed at £64,844 on 12 Feb.
Clearly the sales people there either don't know the real market value of their vehicles or try to manipulate buyers by inflating prices to solicit lower priced offers.
Buyer beware.

I purchased a Jaguar I-Pace in March 2025 and have had constant issues from day one.
On collection, the new car had only 30 miles of charge, causing a long delay and forcing me to pay to charge it myself at a public station. This should never happen when collecting a new vehicle.
Within weeks, issues were raised but I was told it was outside the 14-day return period, leaving me stuck with the car.
Seven months later, the automatic boot failed, slamming shut and breaking the struts. One week after that, a high-voltage battery error appeared — I was told to continue driving as the car was “not broken.” Shortly after, the interior lights shut down while driving (serious safety issue). A week later, the entire car shut down, requiring AA recovery and towing.
The vehicle has now been in the garage for 4–5 weeks, with no ownership or accountability from JLR Bolton. Despite being told the car is under warranty (never provided), I’m now being charged for a 12-volt battery replacement, which they say is not covered. Requests for goodwill or contribution have been refused.
The above lost 3 days of my time. I am also driving a replacement vehicle which is Diesel, not electric therefore I am incurring additional fuel charges. This has not been considered by the dealership.
From purchase to present, the service has been chaotic, dismissive, and unacceptable. Once the car was sold, support effectively stopped.
I would strongly advise avoiding this dealership.
