He really listened to what I wanted, understood my requirements perfectly, and helped me find exactly the right model. His knowledge, patience, and friendly approach made the whole process feel effortless.

John Ashman in Land rover sales
John Ashman in sales was clear, concise and transparent as well as patient in listening to our needs and coming up with a vehicle that fitted. He also did the heavy lifting on the paperwork which was most welcome. Vertu Exeter experience was in total contrast to the brush off we got at Vertu Taunton.

Memorable experience
Pleasant welcome on arrival. Our sales advisor Staurt Hopkins was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle we asked to see. Giving us plenty of time to make our choice. We appreciated the no pressure feel of this purchase experience. On the test drive he gave us great support and good information.
