Poor service Just been cancelled at 3 working hours…
Just been cancelled at 3 working hours for a service and manufacturers recalled which was booked over a month ago . The reason given was they are short of one mechanic and "they are very busy "
We live 40 miles away and had made arrangements and planned our whole day around this appointment

A good experience from the start to finish. David was really knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. We unexpectedly decided to buy the car in the spot, and David facilitated the process of getting the car ready so we could drive it home on the same day.
There are nearer car dealers to me but I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

Beth and Patrick did a fantastic job, the car looks fantastic. BUT THE PROBLEM IS VERTU. Because everything is digital and for some people who aren’t computer literate it is a very stressful experience, at two points I was all for cancelling the car because of Vertu.
