I’m overseas at the moment. Approved Used Mini UK website. They put me in touch with Maddie at Vertu. Maddie sent me some videos of the car I liked and I bought it that day. They’ve now delivered the car and my wife is delighted with it. The process was so quick and easy and Maddie was excellent to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend Vertu 👍

Well worth the distance for the customer service

Picked up my new mini countryman…
Picked up my new mini countryman yesterday after 4/5 months from ordering it and i have to say its worth the wait. The build time was no surprise as my expectations were managed by James from vertu ,Stockton-on-Tees. In fact i had rang around a few different manufacturers and it was similar wait times. James gave me updates periodically and responded to my emails quickly. Love the look of this car, drives a little differently from my previous EV no better no worse, so i just need to get used to it, in fact im uncovering surprise features with each drive. Overall very pleased

Another Mini purchased and the service I received from Maddi at Vertu Teeside was excellent and I received the best P/Ex price for my car I traded in, better than two well known companies who advertise a lot! If you want to buy a car then don't look any further than Vertu, they do sell many brands.

Really good experience
I had a brilliant experience at Mini Teesside. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything, or judged when I didn’t want something. The whole experience was very much on my terms. Maddie listened to my needs and tried to find me something that suited them, which she did. All of the other staff I came across at the garage were really nice, and seemed to care about what their customers wanted. She was really helpful with all of my questions as well.
