Dodgy sales practices.
Vehicle supplied not to the specification ordered. Sales team knew the specifications I expected as standard had been removed but never said anything, even though they knew some of the removed specs were an essential part of my order. Showed me a new car with all the specifications on I wanted to get me to order. Very dissatisfied with Nissan Stockton.

I have recently had my car in for the air con to be serviced and also a summer check, but prior to this I had a full service and MOT. I dealt with a lady called Emma, I could not fault her at all. She kept me updated on everything and when the car was returned to me, she had included a car wash and vacuum free of charge.
There’s a nice area to sit while you wait and a coffee machine for you to use free of charge.
Highly recommend this garage and Emma for there first class service.

From the moment we dropped into Nissan Stockton we felt noticed and welcomed but not hassled. We we wanted more information, a polite smile over to the staff saw us acknowledged, with staff introducing themselves to us, and asking if they could help in anyway.

We called into the Nissan garage at Stockton, the following week we had booked a test drive. There was no pressure at all from any of the customer service team. In particular, Joanne Drysdale was professional from start to finish, everything was explained. We said that we would think about it and get back to her. We only made it to our car!! and we had made our decision to buy a new car!!! Again, everything was explained to us. When collecting the car, again Joanne was brilliant. Highly recommend Joanne and the team and thank you, we love the car.

Fantastic sales service. The sales advisor was a pleasure to deal with, nothing was to much trouble and he had a great knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in.
When the my purchase was handed over the dealershio manager also became involved introducing himself and chatting about the purchase.

Upon my arrival, I was made very welcome by Joanne.
Joanne answered all my questions confidently and knowledgeable, with plenty of enthusiasm.
We were shown around the showroom, explaining in great detail what options we had with our choices of each vehicle we liked.
I found the customer service was fantastic, professional and friendly..
