I bought a car from Nissan Widnes and cannot praise the staff highly enough. Rob, James and Ben were all very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. They all went out their way to ensure the process was smooth, One very slight criticism was the delay from ordering the car to driving it away. To be fair, this was out of the control of the Nissan Widnes staff. I would highly recommend Nissan Widnes if you are considering buying another car.

Kara could do no more than what she did. She made the experience of buying a car easy. Kara sat with us when picking the car up and went through all the points that we needed to know. I would definitely buy a car from Vertu motors Widnes. Kara had even rang to see if everything was okay. Personal choice would have been that Nissan had provided a paper copy of the owners manual instead of having to download it. Some older people may not be use a computer or I pad.

Terrible service.
Took my daughter’s car to have the thermostat housing replaced. I was told that the engine was “destroyed” but as this was an issue with Qashqai’s we could claim from Nissan.
For 3 months we went backwards and forwards but eventually gave up as Nissan said the car wasn’t covered.
I hired a tow truck and had the car taken to my trusted mechanic. He replaced the housing, which I bought from Vertu, tested the car and found nothing wrong with the engine.
I had to lend my daughter my car, as she has two children under 3 and I had to pay for her husband to be on my insurance.
When I collected the car it was absolutely filthy because it had been parked by trees for 3 months. I received no apology or explanation for putting me and my daughter through 3 months of inconvenience and stress.
I’m still baffled that their mechanic thought the engine was “destroyed” as I have just driven it home from the garage.
I received a reply to this review from Mark Prince so I emailed him to see if he had all the information he needed. I got an automatic reply saying that he is "out of the business at the moment"
I assume from this that Vertu Motors have no intension of dealing with the issues I have raised in this review.

New to automatic driving
Being a newbie to automatic driving I was nervous about driving an automatic. Robert listened to what I wanted and on a test drive put me at ease. He answered all my questions comfortably explaining how the car controls worked. On the first day I had an issue with starting the car, my fault, but james and Robert explained the sequence again. I'd certainly recommend Nissan, Moor Lane.

I called into the Vertu Motors Nissan Widnes Branch I was looking for a used car. Rob Key in sales dealt with me and found me a used car within my price range etc. He went out of his way to make sure I was sold a car that I liked. I had tried several other car companies unsuccessfully none of them matched up to the friendly approach I received from Rob at Vertu. I would 100% recommend if looking for a car new or used Vertu Motors is the place to go.

Exceptional from start to finish
We were downsizing cars from 2 to 1 and were looking for a suitable vehicle. Vertu Widnes were so helpful, friendly , we part exchanged our 2 cars ( got a good price for both) and we got a lovely car about 1 year old which we are very happy with . The whole experience was stress free , with no sales pressure and the customer service we recieved was amazing ( Ben ) . Would highly recommend !

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Tom, who looked after us throughout the process, was tremendous. He kept us fully informed at every stage, and we always felt we were in good hands.
