Very unimpressed with Vertu
Very unimpressed with Vertu. The Peugeot dealership at Barnstaple is being closed with alternatives offered as Exeter or Taunton. Alongside this, my 208, bought new in September 25 has inaccurate dashboard readings from day 1 of having the car. Barnstaple Peugeot were unable to rectify the issues, especially having had the car for a week and also because they won't be there after 5th February. I've told customer services that I don't want the car and I'd rather go back to an older car with simpler technology but they aren't being very helpful. My first email to customer services was on 5th November, their first meaningful response was today, 28th January in which they cited 'backlog issues'. Any help would be appreciated.

Purchased a used Peugeot 208 GT Premium from Vertu Barnstaple and found it to be a joyfully stress free experience. Priced fairly and with a decent part ex price for my old 208 it felt like one of those rare times when you’re super chuffed with the deal! All done via phone/sms/email and the new car delivered to my driveway 2 days later. Special thanks to Alex who was so friendly and thorough and who went above and beyond to get my new car to me in atrocious weather - you’re a 🌟

Fantastic service
Very welcoming put us at ease.nothing was to much trouble.car we went to see was not quite right for us. The saleswoman asked what we were looking for made us a cup of coffee and said she would try to find us the car we wanted.She came back with a perfect solution all be it in Darlington.Six days later we collected car absolutely thrilled to bits.Brilliant service thank you.
